RETURN POLICY

​RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

According to the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers, the client will have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, prior communication to UNION MELS, S.L.U. by sending an email to the address info@incoansl.com. This right will not imply any penalty for the client, although he/she must assume the cost of the return, which will be made through the courier company that the client decides.

 

However, the exceptions set forth in article 103 of the same law, which includes, among others, the non-application of this right in contracts relating to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, shall be taken into account.

 

For security reasons, the return will not be accepted, under any circumstances, for products that have been opened or if there is any suspicion that the goods or the packages might have been handled. UNION MELS, S.L.U. will pay the amount of the purchase as well as shipping costs, once you have verified that the products are in perfect condition, unopened and have not been used or handled.

RETURN FOR PRODUCT DEFECTS, DAMAGE CAUSED IN TRANSPORT OR DUE TO SHIPPING ERROR:

The client will have 24 hours since the reception of the order to inform UNION MELS, S.L.U. by sending an email to info@incoansl.com, of any anomaly, breakage, or failure you may see in the products received. In this case, UNION MELS, S.L.U. will run, after checking the facts, with the necessary expenses for the return and replacement of the same.

The refund of the money will take 3 to 5 business days from when we receive the return of the order until the customer receives the amount in his account.
