  • Can I order by phone?
    All our orders must be placed through the web, if you need advice to make the purchase, we can assist you from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling +34 952 842 182 or +34 682 868 973.
  • Can I buy the product in a physical store?
    You can purchase the product at our factory store, open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the following address: Calle Río Guadalhorce Nº 14 (Polígono Industrial), 29200, Antequera, Málaga, Spain.
  • Can I apply the same discount coupon more than once?
    No, our coupons contain a code that will only be redeemable once, once it is used it will be inoperative in our database.
  • Can I buy the products throughout the year?
    The products that we make at Industrias Confiteras Antequerana are traditional Christmas products, so to guarantee its quality and excellence it can only be purchased during the 2024/2025 Christmas campaign from October until stock lasts.
  • Can I apply the 20% discount if I live in the Peninsula or if I am going to buy abroad?
    No, the 20% discount is only applicable for purchases in the areas indicated therein, Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. Any purchase that is not for those areas will be an INVALID order.
  • I am a distributor or store and I want to sell your products. How do I contact you?
    If you need information to buy our product to distribute or sell, or want to buy large quantities, contact us through the contact form, and our sales team will contact you.
  • Which is the method of payment?
    You can complete the payment for your order electronically with your credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
